Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy

20% per angler deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit is due when dates are confirmed with the captain. Online bookings require deposit to book.  All deposits are Credit/Debit card processed securely using Square as the processing provider. Remaining balance is due on trip date. Cash, Credit Card and Zelle accepted on the boat. 3% handling fee on all cancellations as the credit card processing companies no longer refund the fee on refunds.

Cancellation Policy

10-day notice of cancellation is required for deposit refund. Deposit less a 3% card fee charge.

Less than 4-day notice of cancellation charged 75 % full trip price unless the date is booked by another party. During the July and August, it’s often the case that we can find another group and we will make every effort to do so to help you out.

No show charged full trip price. No refund of deposit and remaining balance charged to card.

Captain may cancel your trip if small craft weather advisory is issued, or the captain believes the sea conditions are too difficult for the fishing. You will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule at a later date and receive a 10% discount. Weather cancellations are very rare in the summer months.


Other important information

Washington State saltwater fishing license is required. One Day Fishing License can be purchased on the boat for $10. This is the best way to go to be sure you have the correct license. If you do bring your own license, you must have a printed catch card. It cannot be a photo on your phone.

Credit Card Convenience Charge $10 per person or $40 for a Private Boat

Cash is also accepted, and we are testing Zelle soon as an option as well to avoid any of us paying the credit card company fee!
